Our products are made by nature and crafted by hand, so no single piece is entirely the same. If you are not completely satisfied please contact us at info@billsnaturalwoodproducts.com within 10 days, providing photos of the product you are dissatisfied with.

We will gladly provide you with return instructions for a refund, or a replacement if this is your desire.
